Returns

We hope you love every item however, if one of our items doesn’t make you dance we’ll gladly accept it back. Items you’d like to return must be received by our Fulfillment Department within ten (10) days of you receiving your order. Please notify our Customer Service Department as soon as possible, place the item in the mail (you must obtain the tracking number) and as soon as we receive the item(s), we will process a return for the amount you purchased the item for minus the cost of shipping.

Processing Time

We know how important it is to get your order in a timely manner. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days under normal circumstances. If the product you ordered is out of stock, please allow additional time for shipping. Please note that this is the time it takes for your order to leave our site, please allow additional time for transit. You will receive an email when your order ships out with complete tracking information. Processing times are subject to change based on order volume and changes and or delays will be posted on the website. Also, you may experience increased processing time during sales and/or holiday promos. Processing times average 3-4 days during those busy times/events.

Shipping Fees

Please be mindful that we choose not to be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. Be on the look out for your precious package. Everyone loves Angels and Tomboys! Charges that are incurred if a package is refused, returned or requires re-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Customers and Brokerage/Customs Fees

We love our global reach! Let’s just keep in mind that International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that a shipment may incur. We are not able to determine the amount of these fees before shipping to you. Any shipment returned to us due to rejection by customs will not be refunded. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions/requirements prior to placing you order. We don’t want anything to get in the way of you receiving and enjoying your Angels and Tomboys products.
